Subdivision accordin~ to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 20, Page 13~ of the Public Recer3s of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
which lien is Qrior, paramount and suoerior to all righ~3, claims,
liens, interests, er?cumbrances and equities of all Defendants, and
all persons, firms and/Qr corporations claiming by, through, under
or against the said Defendants or any of them, and th~ property
will be sold free and c~ear of any claim5 of the said Defendants.
3. If the Total Sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this
Judgment are not paid within three (3) days fram this date, the
C erk ~ t~is Court shall sell the property at public sal~ on
S , 1986 , at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for
ca , except as s~t forth hereinafter, in the lobby of the
Courthouse in Ft. Pierce , St. Lucie County, Florida, in
accordance with Se`tion 45.031 Florida Statutes (1983).
4. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if Plaintiff
is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If Plaintiff is
the pu~chaser, the Clerk shall credit to Plaintiff's bid: (1) the
Total Sum, plus interet thereon; and ( 2) all costs accruing sub-
sequent to this Judgment, or such part of it as is necessary to
pay ~he bid in full.
5. On filing the Certificate of Title, the Clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are suffi-
cient by payment; first, all of Plaintiff's costs; second,
dQCUmentary stamps affixed to the Certificate; third, Plainiiff's
attorneys' fee; fourth, the Total Sum due to Plaintiff, less the
~tems paid, plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this
date to the date of the sale; and by retaining any amount
remaining pending the further Order of this Court.
6. On €iling the Certificate of Title, the said Defendants
and all persons, firms and/or corporations claiming by, through,
under or against them since the filing of the Notice of Lis
i Pend~ns are forever barred and foreclosed of any and all estat~e,
s equity, claim or right of redemption in and to the property, and
~ the purchaser at the sale shall be let into possession of the ~
~ property. ~

7. Plaintiff is hereby granted permission to withdraw the '
~ original Note, oxiginal Mortgage, and the original Assignments of
~ Mortgage, if applicable, filed ~n this cause, and the Clerk is
~ directed *_o stamp the photostatic copies thereof, filed as
~ Exhibits to the original so that said c~pies con~orm to the
~ originals her~by permitted to be withdrawn.

~ 8. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter further
~ Orders as are proper, including, without limitation, Writs of
- Passession and Deficiency Judgments.
