ORDER GRANTING INJUNCTION ~ ~
FOR PROTECTION AGAZNST DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
This cause having come before ~chis Court on Petitioner's
Petition for Injunction for Protection Against Comestic Violence
and this Court having considered P~titioner's verified Petition,
the Cou~t finds as fol?ows:
1. That an immediate and presen~c danger of dcmestic vio-
lence exists; and
2~ That the Petitioner has need of the exclusive use and
possession of the marital dwelling.
It is, therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
A. Tr.at ~ t~mporary ix~junction is hereby granted restr~in-
ing the Respondent and prohibiting him from molesting, annoying,
abusing, harassing, threatening, or comm~ting any acts of domes-
tic violer,ce against the Petitioner. Should the Respondent vio- ~
g late the terms of this injunction, then all and singular the

~ sheriffs of the State of Florida are hereby directed to take into ,
~ custody the Respondent without further order of this Court and,
~ in that event, to notify the Court immediately of rhe circum-
~ stances involved;

~ B. That the Petitioner shall have temporary, exclusive pos-
~
~ session af the marital home located at 6109 Tangelo Drive, Fort
~
r
Qierce, Florida, and the Respondent is excluded from said
residence;

~ C. That th~s injunction shall continue in full force and

~ effect for a period of thirty days from the date of the signing
~
~ of this Order; and
