tenements, hereditaments and other appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.

SUBJECT, fiOWEVER, to the fo2lowing:
1. The provisions of the Declaration, including all
exhibits, and all rules and regulations affecting the property
made by The Woodland Owners Assvciation, Inc., the nonprofit
