a private attorney appointed pursudnt to Florida Statutes of
Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, and said Deferidant having
been adjudicated guilt~ of a criminal act, it is, pursuant t~
Section 27.56, Florida Statutes,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The sum of $890.00 is hereby determined to be a
reasonable attorney's fee for th~ services rendered t~ said
