The above-named Defendant, HENRY DUANE HAYES, who h~ving
been declared indigent and r.a~ing received at his request, th~
assistance of the Fublic Defender's Office or the services of
a private attorney appointed pursuant to Florida Statutes of
Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, and said Defendant having
been adjudicated guilty of a criminal act, it is, pursuant to
Section 27.56, Floriaa Statutes,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
