The above-named Defendant, GARY ANTHONY WILLIAMS, who having ~ been declared indigent and having received at his request, the assistance of the Public Defender's office or the services of a pr?vate attorney appointed pursuant to r^lorida Statutes of Florida Rules ~f Crimina~ Procedure, and said Defendant having been ad;udicated guil.ty of a criminal act, it is, pux~suant ~o Se~tion 27.56, Florida Statutes, ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1.
