ORDER CflNSF.IiTING TO SALE OF BEAL PROPERTY
TEiIS ACTION is taken on the Petition of the Ancillary Per-
sonal Representative of the Estate of kBTHUR A. LQW, deceased,
to sell certain real property held by the estate, in the County
of St. Lucie, State af Florida, and this Court noting that the
eontract for sale of such real p~~perty, attached to the said
Petition, was entered into by the ar~cillary Personal Represent-
ative at arms-length, and that consideration has been paid for
F such contract, and it appearing that the contract is valid in
all other respects, and the court elso noting that Waivers of
Notice and Consents to the Sale of real property have been filed
from all beneficiaries and heirs of this estate, and~that such
consents provide for sale of such real property at private sale,
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it

ADJUDGED:
1. That the Ancillary Personal Representative of the es-
~ tate of ABTHiJS A. LOW, deceased, shall exacute a Personal Re--
~ presentative's Deed conveying the follQwing described real pro-

~ perty to JOYCE EVELYN GILLEITE, for the cont:acted price of
