judicially appointtd roctiver) shall be entitted to enter upon, take possession otand manage tfie Property and to coilect the
rents of the Property including thase past due. Any rent~ collected by L.ender or the receiver shall be applicd first to
payment of the costs of managtment of the Property and colicct:on of rents, including, but not fimited to, receiver's fees,
premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonabte attorneys' fces, and then to the sums secured by this Security Inslrument.
2l. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this ~ecurity Instrument, Lender sha:l release this Security
Instrument without charge to Borrawer. Barrower shall pay any recordation costs.
