mortgage after the priacipal reduction of $18,717.00 is $31,947.45; esid redviced ~
balance shall be payable in monthly installments of $268.76 inc2uding interest at '
the rate of 9.50 per cent, per annum, effective with the Septeaber 5, 1986 '
