the holder of the mortgage and security agre~ment executed by
NORSEMAN'S HARBOUR, INC., a Florida corporatior~, datea August 3U,
1985, filed for record September 5, 1985 and recorded in Official
Records Book 475, page 1567, etc., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Floric~a, in consideration of the sum of ~ 70,000.00 ,
hereby on this 2~th day of ,7une , 1986, releases from the
lien of that mortgage and security agreement, the real property in
that County ~lescribed as:
Unit 9, NORSEMAN'S HARBOUR, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat BQOk 25, page 31, Public Records of St. Lucie
Caunty, Fiorida;
TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over and upon ttie
private streets and automobile parking areas constructed upon the
"Common Areas" of the Subdivision;
without impairing the lien of that mortgage and security agreement
on tha remaining part of that property described in that
mortgage.
