hereby on this 3~th day of ,7une , 1986, releases from the
lien of that mortgage and security agreement, thE real property in
that County described as:
Unit 11 , NORSEMAN'S HARBOUR, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 25~ page 31, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;
TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over and upon the
private str~ets and aUtomobile parking areas constructed upon the
"Common Areas" of the Subdivision;
without impairing the lien of that mortgage and security agreement
on the remaining part of that prope~ty described ir~ that
mortgage.
