CARLTON, hereinafter referred to as hfortgag~r, ar.d FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK, formerly known as FLORIDA BANh AT FORT PIERCE, hereinaiter referred to as riortgagee. WITNESSETH, that whereas, FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK is the ownei• and holder of a First Mor*„gage from biortgagor to biortgagee dated June 15, 1983 and recorded in O.R. Bcok 404, Page 314, of the Publ~c Records of St. Lucie County, Florida encumbei•ing the fol- lowing described properties situated in St. Lucie Co~anty, Florida: Commencing at the intzrsection of the 'Xest right-of- ~.vay line of South Fourth Street (U.S. Highway ~1) and the South line of SE~ of the SW~ of Section 15, Town- ship 35 South, Range 40 East, in the City of Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, run North 0°Q3'34'' East, along the West line of South Fourth Street, ZO72.46 feet to the point of beginning of the lands herein described: From said point of beginning run North 0°03'34" East ' along the West right-of-way line of South Fourth Street, 150 feet; thence run North 89°42'26" West 175 feet; thence run Soutt-~ 0°03'34" Hest 150 feet; thence run South 89°42'2C" East 175 feet to the point of beginning. WHEREAS, a~Sortgage Modification and Extensaon Agreement dated June 10, 1986, executed by Mortgagor and Bank extending i ~ the maturity date to August 1, 1986, was recorded in O.R. Book ~ 504, Page 36"1 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. F € ~ WHEREAS, Aank, upon ~~he request of Mortgagor, has agreed to a second. modification and extension of the Note and Mortgage ~ ~ herein described.
