this tQ be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore madee
ITEM I.
I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to
pay a.ll my just debts, expenses of my last illness, funeral
expenses and expenses incurred in the administration of
my Estate as soon after my death as practicable.
ITEM II.
In the event that, at the time of my death,
; I am joint owner, ca-owner or owner of any real estate,
~ automobile, bank account, governmental band or any security

or other instrument of indebtedness (whether issued by

a private corpor ation, a government, a governmental agency

or an individual) which is registered or issued ~n my name
and that o~ another person or persons as tenants by the
entirety or joint tenants with right of survivorship, or
which is shown in writing to be payable to either the co-
cwner or named survivor, or which in any way appears to
~ be payable to either the co--owner or named survivor on

~ my death, I give, devise and bequeath absolutely and forever,
~
~ all of my right, titl~ and interest in any such property
~ to the surviving joint owner or co-owner ther~of or to
~
