I direct that the provisions of this Will shall be construed
and interpreted, and, if necessary, modified and limited,
so as to qualify Share No. l, and the bequest thereof in trust
for the benefit of my said spouse, as hereinafter provided,
for such marital deduction.

ITEM VI. ~
After dividing my residuary estate as provided ;
