validly, in whole or in part, the power of appointment herein-
above granted, then upon death, the entire remaining carpus of
Share No. 1, or such part of the corpus as shall not have been •
validly appointe~, as the case may be, shall be a~ded to and
~ommingled with Share No. 2 and he~d or distributed in whole or
in part as if it had been an original part of Share No. 2.
(b) I give, devise and bequeath Share No. 2 to my
Trustee, h~reinafter named, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS. My Trustee
shall divide and set apart the principal of share No. 2 into so many
zqual shares as there shall be one share for each child of mine
then living and such shares shall be administered as separate ~
trusts. As to the share set aside for each child, my Tru~tee shall ~

during the minority of each such child, apply the income to each ~
such share as my TrLS~ee, in his soi~ and uncontrolled discretion,
_ may deem proper for the maintenance, support, educati_on and welfare
of each such surviving child and the balance of which shall he
accumulat~d and paid over to each child wher. he or she attains
age twenty-one (21). Upon each child attaining age tcventy-one
(21), my Trustee shall pay the net income of such child's share
to him or her in at least quarterly installments. In addition
to the foregoing, wh~never the Trustee shall determine tY?_at
the income of any of my said children from all sources known to
