as an investment; and to provide capital for and employ agents

the acts of any such agent c~r f~r any loss, liability, or indebtedness ,
resultir~g from the operation thereof if the management is selected
with reasonable care;
(j) To employ agents, attorneys in fact,
attQrneys~at law, accountants, auditors, brokers~ realtors~
tax specialists, depositaries, proxies and other assistants
and advisors, with or without discretionary power, and to cempensate
~ them vut of principal or income, or both, of the Trust or Estate,
~ and the Executor or Trustee, as the case may be, shall not be
liabl.e for the neglect, omission, r.tisconduct or default of any
~ such a ent attorne in fact, attorney at law, accountant, auditor,

broker, tax specialist, depositar.y, proxy and other assistant
and advisor, provided he or they were selected with reasonable
care;
(k) Whenever they shall have the right to

elect whether any item of expense connected with the administration
of my Estate or of any Trust shall be claimed as a deduction

~ for income tax purposes or claimed instead as a deduction for
Estate Tax purposes~ to exercise such right of election in such
~
~ manner as they may in their absolute discretion determine to
~ be advisabl~, even though the manner in which such election
is exercised may result in an advantage or disadvantage to
