other legal disability or who, in the opinion of my Executor

affairs, to make such payments directly to such beneficiary i

notwithstanding his minority, incompetency, disability or incapability,
to the legal Guardian of such beneficiary, to ~n adult relative
of such beneficiary, to be expended by such relative on behalf
of such beneficiary, or by expending the same for the benefit
o~ sucn beneficiary;
(n) To execute and deliver any written instruments
which they may deem advisable to carry out any power, duty or

discretion granted to them, and all persons sha~l be fully protected
in relying~upon their power ta execute every such instrument
and no one shall be obligated to see to the application by tnem
of any money or property received by them pursuant to the execution
and delivery of ar.y such instrument;

s (o) To join wi.th my spouse in filing any
~ income tax returns f.or any year in whi.ch said joinder is permitted ~
