I direct that no interest under this, my Last
Will and Testament or th~ Trusts created hereby shall b~ tran5ferable
or assignable by any ber?eficiary, or be subject during his or
her life to the claims of his or her creditors.
ITEM XIV.
In the event that my said wife, NANCY L. THOMIAS,
shall predecease me or we sha11 die in a common disaster a.nd -
I ieave ar~y minor children surviving me, then I appoint MARY
BOSTOV, 501 N. 13th St., Springfield, Ill. 62702, to be the
guardian of the person and property.of my said minor children.
I direct that the guardian hereinabove appointed shall nat be
~ required to furnish a bond or any other security for the faithful ~

~ perfarmance of her duties. i

ITEM XV.
~ If my wife, NANCY L. THOMAS, survives me, then '

~ I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife as Executor ;
~ of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the event that she

~ predeceases me, or we die in a common disaster, or in the event
~ that she sha11 fail to qualify as Executor for any cause, or,
~
~ having qlialified as Executor shall cease to serve in that capacity
~ for any cause prior to the full and due administration of my
~
~
estate, then I nominate, constitute and appoint FLORIDA BANK
