PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
THE QiASE M~NHATTAN BANK (National Association), a
national banking association having its principal office at
1 Chase Manhattan Plaza, New York City, New York (the "Mortgageea)
for good and valt~able consi~3eration hereby releases and
3ischarges the parcel of land described in Schedul~ A annexed
hereto from the lien of that cer~ain mortgage described in
Exhibit A hereto, holding and retaining the lien of such
mortgage with respect to all vther property descrihed
therein.
This ins trument also partially releases the premises
described in Schedule A frcm the UCC-1 financing statements
described in Exhibit B hereto. ~
