6. The Own~r(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same extent and
in the same manner as if the O+~ner(s) were MQrtgagor(s) ~nder said mortgage and
the maker(s} of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s) is satis-
factory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on th~ sums secured by :
said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association herAhy consents to the sale,
transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged ~roperty to the 4wner(s).
