Together with aLt structu~es and improvements now ana hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and profita of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, isaues and profits until default hereunder); and all fiatures naw or here-
after attached to or used in oonnection with the premises herein desc~ibed and in addition thereto the fol- 1
lowing described household appliancea, which are and shalt be d~med to be, fixtures and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedne.ss herein mentioned. ~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the sa.id
Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unta the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or
such other estate, if any, as is staLed herein; and that said Mortgagor dces hereby fully warrant the tit~e to
said land, and every part thereof, and ~rill defend the same against the lawful claims of alI persons
whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS~ that if the Mortgagor should pay to the Mortgagee that certain promissory
note of even date her~with, made by the Mort~agor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the
principal sum of SEVII~lIY SEVEN THOiJSAND AND NO/100------- Bollazs, ~aYable in monthly install-
ments to principal and int~rest of b 647.46 starting on the FIRST day of OCPOBIIt,
