The Mnrtgagor covenants and agreea that so long as this Mortgage and said Note
secured hereby and ineured or guaranteed under the provisions of the Servicemen's
Read~ustment Act, as amended, he Will not execute or file for record any instrument ~
which imposes restriction upon the sale or occupancy of the mortgaged property on
the basis of race, color or creed. Upon any violation of this undertatcing, the
Mortgagee may, at i~s optior,, declare the unpaid balance of the debt secured hereby
immediately due and payable.
The Mortgagor iurther covenants that should the Vecerans Administration fail or
~ refuse to issue its guarantee of the loan secured by the Mortgage unde: the pro-
visions of the Servicemen's Read~ustment Act of 1944 within 90 days fr.om the date
this loan would normally become eligible for such guarantee, the Mortgagee may, at
its option, declare all sums secured by this Mortgage immediately due and payable,
