judicially appoint~d roceiver) shall be entiiled to enter upon. take possession of and cnanage the Property and to collect the
rents of the ~roperty inGluding those past due. Any rents coltected by Lender or the receivcr shall be applied first to
payment of the costs of managerr~ent of the Property and collaction of rents. including, but not limited to. receiver's fees,
premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' foes, and then to the sums securod by this Security Instrument.
21. Rele~te. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security lnstrument, L,ender shall release this Sec:urity
