, I, Dr. Jose G. Rodriguez, being above the age of twenty-
one years and being of sound and disposing mind and memory
and of my own free will, do hereby make, publish and declare
this to be my last will, hereby revoking all previous wills

' and codicils and all instruments of a testamentary nature
heretofore made by me.
~ FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral

- expenses shall be paid as soon after my death as shall be
t practicable.
SECOND: I state that I am married, that my wife's name
~ is Polly Rodriguez, and that I have no children.
~ THIRD: I give, bequeath and devise the lot which I own
= in 5aint ~ucie, Florida, to my sister Caridad Trilles. ~

~ FOURTH: Any person who may challenge any provision in

this Will, whether successful or not, shall ~ake nothing

; either by virtue of this will or by intestate succession, and
f` I specifically disinherit such person for all purposes.

FIFTH: I give, bequeath and devise all of the rest,

~s: residue and remainder of my property, real, personal, and
mixed, to which I ma~ be entitled or over which I m~y have any

• disposing power at the time of my death, including but not
Iimited to my automobile and my home and contents, to my wife,
Polly Rodriguez.
- SIXTH: I appoint Polly Rodriguez to be the Executiix of
this my Last Will and I direct that no bond or other security

be required of her for the faithful performance of her duties.
