I, Odessa Pickens Witcher, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
former will and codicils, by me, at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I
I direct that my just debts, funeral expenses and testamentary expenses
be paid as soon after ~ death as may be practicable.
ITEM II
I give, devise and bequeath to my nephew, WILLIE J. HELMS, all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, whether real or personal, if he survives me.
In the event Willie J. Helms predeceases me, then, I give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to BILLIE JOE ER4lIN
and any other natural children ~f Alfrieda McCoy, born after the date of this '
will, in equal shares.
~ In the event any of the secondary beneficiaries named in this provision

s are minor children, then I direct that ALFRIEDA McCOY be named as Trustee for

r said minor children and that the real property and any personal property passing

~ under this will be deeded over to Alfrieda McCoy as Trustee for said minor

~ cniidren witi~ the foilowing speci~ic instructians tc r~y named Trustee:

~ A. My Trustee shall ho~d any real property, and the same shall not be

~ sold until the youngest of her natural children in being at the time of my death,
~ has reached his age of majority, it being my intention that all of the
~ beneficiaries named in my will have the use of my home as their homeplace until
all of my named heirs have reached their majority.
~ B. My Trustee receive all personal property arising from my estate and
~ use the same for the benefit of my heirs according to their respective shares.
i C. Upon the last of my heirs reaching his majority, I direct that my
