I naminate, constitute and appoint WILLIE J. HELMS to be my Personal
Representative under this n~y last will and testament, granting unto my Personal
Represent~tive the right to serve without bond, sell any portion of my es~Gate,
whether real or personal, at public or private sale, without any order of court,
~ and further grant to my Personal Representative all powers that may be granted
to a Personal Representative under the Laws of the State of Florida. In the
event that Willie J. Helms is unable to serve as Personal Representative, then,
I nominate, constitute and appoint ALFRIEDA McCOY to be the Personal Representativ
under this my last will and testament, granting unto Alfrieda McCoy the right
to serve without bond, but no power of sale over the real property of my estate.
ITEM IV
I make no provisian for any other person, whe~her related to me or not,

in this my last wi13 and testament, intending that no other person take any part
of my estate.
