THIS ~AUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion of the

Receiver for Emergency Relief, dated August 27, 1986, and the
Court }~eing fu~.ly advised on the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Court reservES ruling on which party to this
action, if any, shall be required to pay the past-due operating
costs of the subject water treatment plant.
2. The Flaintiff, SUBURBAN BANK, is directed to file
an Amended Notice af Public Sale and offer the property in
question for sale on or before September 29, 1986, at the St.
Lucie County Courthouse at 11:00 a.m. at th~ East Front door
of the Courthouse.
