THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me this
day, and it appearing from the sworn petition and the court
file in this cause that service of process was made upon the
Defendant's Registered Agent and the Defendant personally on
the lst day of July, 1986; and that notwithstanding the
Summons, neither Defendant has failed to appear, answer or
otherwise plead on the return day fixed in the Summons, and
the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is

E ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

° 1. A Default be, and it is entered against the

` Defendants; and
~ 2. Plaintiff shall recover from Defendants the sum
