THIS CAUSE c~me on to be heard upon the former Wife~s
motion for the eourt to enter an Order setting the contempt
hearing and permitting the court's order ~o act as the former
Husband's s~ignature and the cour~ having heard argument and being
; fu12y advised on the premises, it is hereby
ORDSRED AND ADJUDGBD that pursuant to the Florida Rules
of Civil Procedure 1.570, the court•s Order shall aet as the
~ormer eusband's signature for the purposes of the conveying of

1. The transfer=ing of all the Husband's interest in

5. Transfer of all eusban8's interest in the busineas
known as Bagal ereak, located at 6080 Okeechobee Boulevard, West
