THIS NOTICE OF FUTUR~ ADVA.'~CES , mad~e as of September 9 , 19 86 ,
by and between LAWRENCE V. STUBBS E DONNA J. STU~BS h/w (Mortgagor) and
RIVERSID~ N~ITIONAL BANK nF FLORIDA _(Mortgagee); ~

Wf1EREAS, Mortgagor executed and delivered a mortgage (the rlort~age) to Mortgagee

Florida, which•Mortgage was recorded in 0. R. Book 508 Page , Public ~i
Records of St. LuCie County, Florida, the Mortgaged Property being more f
particularly descriUed in the Mortgage; i
WHEREAS, the Mortgage sec~res repayment of that certain promissory note executed ;
by Maker in tt~e amount of $~4.800.00 ~
WIiEREAS, tt~e Mortgage provides ttiat the Mortgagee may at its sole opt3on make
future and further advances from time to time so that the aggregate amount of
indebtedness evidenced by the note secured ttiereby and any notes issued pursuant to
this notice may be equal to the principal amount designated in the £uture advance
clause set forth in the Mortgage; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagee lias agreed to make future advances on the terms and conditions
set farth iierein, but not otherwise.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of ttie premises, the parties hereto hereby agree
as follows:
1. In order to evidence the further advances contemplated t~ereby and hy tl~e
_ Mortgage, Maker has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a note (the Future Advance
Note) in the original ~ principal amount oE $~~~q78~qs , dated September 9, ~
19~~_, of wt~ich amount $ (3~}t 78`yg represents additional principal and a further ~
advance.
2. The additional principal of tile Future Advance Note shall be disbursed by
Mortgagee to Maker in accordance with the provisions of the Mortgage, this Notice
and the Future Advance note.
3. Tt~e term "note" as used in the Mortgage shall include within its meaning
the Future Advance Note and shall be secured by the Mortgage to the same extent as if
the Future Ad~~ance Note had been executed and delivered by Maker to Afortgagee on the -
~ date of the Mortgage.
4. This Future Advance Note shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their
respective successors and assigns.
