THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Petition for ~

I~ Appointment of Guardian and Petition for Approval of ~

Settlement and Lntry of Order Authorizing Se~tlemen~ by the ~
At~~rney for the Parties in accordance with Section 744.3$7, ~
~
Florida Statutes, and ~he Court having considered the ~
Petitions and having reviewed the facts of the case and the
injuries to the minor Peti.tioner, and in light of the serious ~
dispute as to liability and damages, presented by both ~
~
parties, the Court finds under the circumstances that the
~
proposed settlement is fair, reasonable and jus~ and for the ~
best interest of the minor Petitioner, that R~SE SECK and
TERRY BFCR, natural parents and guardians af the minor, BOBBY ~
JOF BECK, be aut~horized to receive payment thereof and ~o ~
~
give appropriate release and the Court being fully advised in
