FINAL ORDER OF FORFEITURE
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this date on the below
stipulation of the parties, based on the Complaint for Rule to Show
Cause and for Final Order of Forfeiture filed by the CITY OF FORT
PIERCE POLICE DEPAI2TMENT, the Court having reviewed the pleadings,
and certa~.n ca.~imants having appeared through counse~. as indicated
below, and a11 other claimants having failed to appear, the Court
does herehy find:
That notice of this proceeding has been duly published and

~ furnished to all claimants af record; that the Six Thousan~ Two

~ Hundred Twenty-~'wo and 14/100 ($6,222.14) Dollars in U. S. Currencys
; as captioned above, was seized by the CITY OF FORT PIERC~ POLICE

DEPARTMENT on or about May 9, 1986, and at the time of said seizure,
wa~ being used or intended to be used in violation of Section 932.702,
Florida Statutes (1985); that a violation of said section took place
° by means of said currency; and that said currency is a contraband
~
~ article as defined by Section 932.701(a)(a-e), Florida Statutes
t.
(1985). It is therefore;
~i: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Six Thousand Two Hundred

Twenty-Two and 1.4/100 ($6,222.14) Dollars in U. S. Currency he and

~ the same is hereby forfeited to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA,

~ for the use and benef?t of the CITY OF FORT PIERCE POLICE DEPARTMENT,

FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the 1978 Ford Bronco
vehicle, as captioned above, be and the same is hereby relea~ed
