eys secured hereby, immediately due and payable, the Mortgagors shall immediately pay to Mortgagee an amount equat to the amount
atwhich this note could then lawfully be prepaid pl~s any other moneys secured hereby.
S. No delay by Mortgagee in exercising any right or remedy hereunder shall opsrate as a walver thereof or prectude the exerclse
thereof during the contlnuance of any de(ault hereunder. No walver by Mortgagee of any detault shall constltute a waiver of or consent
to subsequent defaults.
