4. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum due
superior to any right, ~itle, in~erest, claim or estate of

6. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of -

Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If
Plai.n~iff is the pur~haser, the clerk shall credit the Plain-
ti.ff's bid with the total sum due hereunder with interest and
costs accruing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as
is necessary ta pay the bid in full.

7. After confirmation of the sale, whether confirma-
tion be by th~ Clerk's filing the Certificate of Title ar by
Order of this Court ruling upon objections to the sale, the
Glerks ah~ll distribute the proceeds of ~he sale, so far as they
are suf£icient, by paying: first, all of Plaintiff's costs;
second, documentary stamps affixed tA th~ certificate; third,
Plaintiff`s attorneys' fees; fouxth, the total sum due to Plain-
tiff plus interest at the rate prescribed by law fxom this date
- to the date of the sale;-and by retaining any amount remaining
- pending the further order of this court.
