8. After confirmatinn o£ the sale, whether confirma-
tion be by the Clerk'~ fiLing the Certificate of Title or b,y
Ordex o£ t2~is Court ruling upon objections to ths sale, De£en-
dants and all persons claiming by, through, under ~r against
them since the filing of the Notice of Lis Psndens herein, shall
be forever £oreclosed o£ all right, ti~le, ~nterest; estate or
claim in the Qroperty beinq sold and the puxchaser a~ the sal.e
shall be let into possession ~hereof._
9. That immediately after the confirmation of the
; sale, whether Gonfirmation be made by the Clerk's issuance of
~ the certificate o£ title or by order of this court r~ling upon
E any objections to the sale, the Clerk shall, at the request of
the Plai.ntiff, imme~iiately :ssue a wri~ o~ possession.
