THIS CAUSE havin~ come on this day for hearing on Plaintiff's motion for
Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Plaintiff'~ Complaint and the evidence
offered in aupport of such ComplainC, the Coure having noted that due and le~al
service of process has been had upon the Defendant, ZAHIDA ASAD; that an answer
to Plaintiff's Complaint has been filed herein on behalf of the Defendants,
ADNAN ASAD and IQBAL A5ADr thereby aubmitting the in~erests o€ said Defendants
to the ~urisdiction af this Court; that a default hae been entered against the
Defendant, ZAHIDA ASAD, for her failure to file a responae to Plaintiff's
Complaint; and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon
