directed to sell the mortgaged premises as described in Paragraph 5 above to t~e
highest and best bidder for cash, at putslic sale at the East Door of the St.
Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, free, clear and discharged of any
and all claims, liens, encwmbrances, rights, equities and interest of the
