8. After confirmation o£'the sale, whether confirmation be by Che Clerk
filing the certificate of titl$ or by order of this Coure ruling upon ob~ectiona
to such sale, the Clerk shall make dietribution of the proceeda of euch sale by
pAy~nB: ~
A. All costs and expenaee of ttee proceeding eubsequent tn the entry
of this Final Judg~ient, including the cost of publishing the notice of eale and -
the Clerk's fee for maki.ng the sale and the casts of etate documentary ~tamps
affixed to the certificate of title. .
B. The sum herein found to be due and owing to the Plaintiff as
specified in Paragraph 4 above, plue interest thereon at the rate of twelve per
cent (12~) per annum from the date of this 3udgment to the date of sale, plus
. all costs of this proceeding incurred by Plsinti~f subseQuent to the date of
' this ~udgment.
9. If the total amaun~ realized on said sale exceeds the total of the
suma required to be paid by the preceding paragraph of this ~udgment, the Clerk
shall disburse the surplus as this Court shall hereafter direct by its further
order; and if the total amounts realized shall not be sufficient to pay all such
sums, the Clerk shall first pay those amounts specifi.ed by subparagraph A.
10. Upon confirmation of the aforesaid ~ale, whether by the Clerk filing a
~certifieate of title herein, or by order of the CouxC ruling upon ob~ections to
said sa1e, the Defendants and any and all persons claiming by, through or under
the Defendants, or either of them, since th~e commencement of Chis suit, are
forever barred and ~oreclosed of an from any equity of redemption, and any
right, title, interest, ~laim or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, in aad
to the above described property, and th~ purchaser at the aforesaid sal~, his
successara, representatives or assigns, shall be let into posa~ssion of the
premises sa conveyed, and, to that end, upon purchaser'~ applicatian, the Clerk
of 'this Court is directed to iasue a Writ of Possession and to deliver it to the
Sheriff for execution.
11. In th2 event the proceede from th~ aforet~aid sale are ineufficient to
pay Plaintiff's claim, the Court retaine ~urisdiction of this cauae, in
accordance with th~ prayer of Plaintiff's Complaint, for purpc~ses of ruling upon _

proper application for deficiency peraonal ~udgment, for a].1 sums remaining
