The undersigned, as guardisin of ihe Eropertv

of STANLEY KEITH STRIPLING incompetent, alleges: ~ ~
. 1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no longer exists by reason af the fact
that the ward has reached majoritY.
2. Petitioner fiies herewith a final return containing a futt and correci account of aU
rc~+ceipts and disbursements of all the ward's property of which petitioner has control since the tast
return filed herein, if any, or from the commencement of the administration of this guardianship if
no prior return has been ~l~, which retuen includes a statement of the ward's assets.
3. Fetitioner represents that the ward has si~ned a waiver of all notice
and hearing on the petition for discharge o~ guardian and consents_to
the entry of an order approving the final accounting and discharge of
the guardian.
(Set forth parties upon whom natice is required or recite waivers. Rute 5.680)
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered approving ~li accountings not
previously approved and discharging petitioner as guardian ~nd releasing ihs surety on petitioner's
bond, if any, from further liability. _
