of the above estate alleges:
l. The sole asset of the ancilZa~ry estate in the State of

subdivasion, Section 10, Township 36, South Range
40 East, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23, of the Fublic
Records of ~t. Lucie County, Florida, LESS AND
EXCEPT the right-of-way for US Highway No. 1 and
can~l.
2. Th~ Petitioner considers that it i$ expedient,
necessary, and sn the best interest of the estate to sell
the above-described real property due ~o the fact that on
May 20, 1986? the deceased en~ered into a contract af sale
of his in~erest in said proper~y with the Estate of M.D.

Logan, deceased to Coggin-0'Steen P~rtnership.
3. A cop~r of the contract and ex~ension of the contract
