All ~erms u~~d in this Rider tha~ are not defined herein sriall have the same meaninga as defined in the CQn-^ tract. In the even~. of any conflict or inconsistency be-- tween the provisions of khis Rider and the p~cov3.sions oF the Contract, the provisions of thia Rider shall contrc~l. A. Section 2 of the Contract is hereby revised to re- quixe an"additiona~l earnest money depo~it to Merritt Rea2ty Escrow in the ~mount of $20,000 to be made by ~uyer on or before July 21, 1986.. The amount due at closinq is correa- pondingly reduced to $375,000. ~ _ r Be Sect~on 4 of the Con~ract is hereby revi~ed to provide that the cl.o0ing shall take place on August 4, 1986. . C. Section 7 of the Contrac~ is heseby revised to - provide that, if s~ll or a portion of the property (c~r any ' ; interest tt~erein) ~s held in a land trust, the conveyance ' thereof shall be by t~ustee's deed. : ; D.
