' ~''I, L R ILLER, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of.sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and
declare this ~a be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
farmer Wills b~r m~ at any time made, and ~ntendi~ng hereby ~o devise
and bequeath all of the property, both real and personal, o~ which
I may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows, to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative, hereinafter
named, to pay all of my just clebts and funeral expenses as soon after
~ my decease as it is practicable.

~ SECOND: I give and devi~e such of my tangible personal pro-
perty to those persnns designated in a separate writing in existence
at the time of my death, whieh list is s'igned by me and which describes
the irems and the devisees with reasonab].e certainty.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath my antique bedstead
unto CORA JONES, to have and to hold unto herself absolutely and
forever. -
FOURTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, gersonal or mixed, I give, devise and bequ~ath unto
my son, E. E. CAWTHORN, and my grandc~aughter, JUDY HARRTS, or ~he
survivor thereof, in equal shares, ~hare and share alike. .
FIFTH: I hereby constitute and appnint CORA JON~S as
Personal Representative of this my Last Will and Testament, and
I expressly confer uFon her power as such Persanal Representative
to administer my estate, excu5ing her fram giving any bond or mak-
a.ng any-returns ta any court. I furth~r expressly confer upon my
Personal Repre~entative full authority and power ~o sel]. and to
convey any part or all of my estate, at public or at private sale,
- with or withaut r~otice, as she may deem bes~, and without order of
