paragraph 5, subparagraph A. and B. above shall be
distributed outright to Georg~ C. Beacham, Jr. and
Eleanor A. Beacham, his wife, as tenants by the
entireties.
B. The life ansurance proceeds and refund from
Poxt St. Lucie Convale~cen~ Center described in
paragraph 5, subparagraph C. and D. shall be
equall.y distributed to Eleanor A. Beacham and to
John Charles German.
9. Petitioner is unawar-e of any unrevoked Will o~
Codicil of decedent other than as set fortYa in paragraph 10.
10. The original of the decedent's last will, dated .
March 11, 1985 is in the possession of the above Court.

as required by Chapter 733 of the Florida Proba~e Code.
Petitioners request that the decedent`s last will be
admitted to probate and that an order of summary administration
be entered directinc~ distribution of the assets in this estate
in accordance with the schedule set Eorth in paragraph 8 of
this petition.
