THIS ORDER is entered pursuant to Rule 1.200 of the Florida Ru1es of Civil Procedure and the inherent power of the Court to control its docket. ~ 2. This action is designated as one for Summary Jury trial proceeding~ to be conducted by the Court, pursuant ~ to agreement by counsel. - 3. The action shall be in trial readiness when called for Summary Jury Trial, with trial on the merits to be schedul~d wi~hin ninety (90) days thereafter if not otherwise disposed of. 4. This action shall be hea~d before a six-member jury, to be selected from the general venire. Counsel f or plaintiff and defendants will be permitted two preemptory ~ challenges each to the venire or otherwise as ordered by the i { _ < Court. ~ 5. Counsel for plaintiff on voir dire will be limi~ed to twenty (20) minutes and counsel for defendant, fifteen (15) minu~es. Where possible, counsel shall direct questions t~ the entire ten person panel. . k:. r E 6. At the beginning of the trial, counsel shall submit abbreviatecl written jury instructions and jury advisory - opinions (verdicts) to the Court.
