Unless excused b,y Order of Court, parties or parties' representatives shall be in at~endance at the Summary Jury Tria1. All evidence shall be presented through the atto~neys for the parties, who may incorporate arguments on such evidence in their presen~ations. Only evidence that would be admissible at trial upon the merits may be presented. Counsel may only present factual representations supportable by reterence to discovery materials, to a signed statem~nt of a witness, to a stipulation, or to a document or by a professional representatinn that counsel personally spoke with the witness and is repeating what the witness stated. ~tatements, reports and depositions may be read from, but not ; • at undue length. Physical exhibits, including documents, may be exhibited during a presentation and submit~ed €or the jury's consideration. Exhibits will be returned to counsel ~ ~ after the verdict. ~ x 9. Counsel for plaintiff shall be limited in his combined opening and closing arguments with an overview of the exhibits to six~y f60) minutes.
