and the Court, having hearr~ no objection from any Party to this litigation following
Notice herein upon proper Motion of ST. LUCIE COUNTY, hereby:
ORDBRS AND ADJUDGgS:
1. That the Cross-Claims filed by ST, LUCIE COUNTY against Co-DefandanCs
i~n this litigation is hereby severed from the Jury Trial of this cause; and
2. The Court reCains jurisdiction to set these Cross-Claims for Jury Trial
at a later date and time upon proper Motion of Defendant, ST. LUCIE COUNTY.
