Court being advised that a hearing is scheduled herein for

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, be, and the same
is hereby directed to rel~ase the court file in this cause ~

and the said Lee E. Muschott, Fsq., be, and the same is hereby
