7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is unaware of
any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of the DecedenC other than as set forth in
paragraph 8.

accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the Decedent's LasC Will be admitted to probate
and that he be appointed Personal Representative of the estate of Decedent.
