AFFIAAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE

BEr'ORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared MARGARET W. G~AHAM, who upon first being duly sworn
deposes and says:
l. That she is sui juris and over the age of eighteen (18)
years.
2. That WILLIAM W. GRAHAM and MARGARET W. GRAHAM were the
grantees in that certain warranty deed of co~veyance executed on
20th day of May, 1977, on the follawing described property, to
wit:
Commodore IV, Apartment #103, COLONNADES CONDOMINUIM
UNIT #8, a Condominium according to th~ Declaration
of Condominium dated January 28, 1974, and filed for
recording on January 2g, 1974, in Official Records
I Book 223, Pages 793 through $63 of the Public Records
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida
3. That MARGARET W. GRAHAM was married to the said WILLIAM
W. GRAHAM on the 15th day o€ August, 1969, and that said marital
relationship continued without interruption until the death oF
said WILLIAM W. GRAHAM.
