or to ba made at the option of Mortgagee, or othervvise, as are made w:ihin twenty (20) years fr6m the date hereof, to the same extent
as if such future advsnces were made on the date of tfie e ec~tion of this Mortgage, but such s~cured indebt~ness shal! not exceed
at any time the meximum principal amount oi S N~ plus interest, and any disbursements made for the payment ~

Should any of the above covenanis be broken Yhen the Note and all moneys secured hereby shall, without doma~d, if the
Mortgagee so eleat, at once become due and payable and this mortgage may E~a foreclosed, and alt costs and expenses of collection
and reaaonable attorneys` fees, induding costs, expenses and reasonabls attorneys' fees on app2al, if collected by le~l proceedings
or through an attornsy at law, sha!! be paid by the Maker, and the same are hereby secured.
